    Argh, mediafire is failing me again. I don't have any problem with vol.11 since I grab it as soon as it released here. But I just check this now and there it goes, that strange "not deleted but not accessible" thing like before.

    OK, regarding my last comment seems like mediafire 404 error is common problem. I'm trying one of the solution now, seems like working. You don't have to upload a mirror. Now I'm the one who have to apologize for your inconvenience.
