    It's interesting to see how Ichikawa's artwork evolve from 70s brashness to the nubbly, fine-etched Mobius-like style of the 90s, which fits the increasingly cosmic tone of the series. (I wonder how much of the inking duties were delegated to his assistants?)

    What hasn't changed is the thrilling dynamic panel compositions, which this chapter showcases.
